With Anti-Pollution Cleansing Balm, Declaré invites you to discover the pleasure of daily cleansing as the first step in your skincare routine. Even at this stage, you can already thoroughly cleanse your skin deep down and leave it feeling soothed, intensively moisturised and nourished. Once the semi-transparent balm has been applied to skin, the texture changes into a smooth flowing oil* that cleanses every form of make-up without leaving any residue. Next, add water and it transforms into a milky soft, ultra-gentle emulsion that can be effortlessly rinsed off.

Apply the balm to the moistened face, and it will transform into a mild cleansing milk. Massage it in gently, and then remove the residue with a damp face cloth/pad. Also removes light eye make-up.
